Attentive staff and great patience during unusual times in healthcare. Dr. Leonard listened to all concerns regarding my son’s symptoms and gave us a great path to feel better quickly.
I felt the appt process went very well following COVID precautions. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Leonard was personable, precise, and explained everything very thoroughly. I did not feel rushed and had adequate time to ask questions. I had to contact the office post-appt and received a return call back promptly. This was a very positive experience all the way around. All my visits are absolutely excellent sometimes the wait can be just a Tadd bit long but it's only because she's very good at what she does and there are very busy office. This doctor changed my life in more ways than I could ever thank her for.
I’ve been seeing Dr Leonard for 11 years, now, and I highly recommend her and her staff. My allergies and asthma symptoms have improved greatly. Not only are they highly professional, but they are warm and friendly. Because of the corona virus protocols, On my last visit for my Xolair shot (a biological for asthma), Holly greeted me and gave me my shots at my car!
