I visited Dr. Norris numerous times. Dr. Norris and especially the staff were very nice and very patient. Dr. Norris does give the impression that she's in a rush all the time though. My only advice is to remember what you want to ask her about your area of concerns when she comes in to see you.
I'm surprised by the ratings for Dr. Norris. I've seen her three times and each time she was very friendly, direct, knowledgeable and caring. She and her staff worked very well together. Yes, she is often in a hurry but she does address all concerns. I've had three areas biopsied and the margins of another area removed. Scar is minimal. Follow-up was prompt and concerning results/follow-up was thoroughly explained. Her staff even made extra efforts to contact me after dragging my feet to get back in and take care of things.
Patty's office staff is great; I've always been able to get in on short notice, and dr. will work through her lunch or late if there is an important issue. Have made dozens of referrals to her and all have been pleased. Generous with samples and keeps up to date on new ideas and topics. Fast, fresh thinker, pleasant and serious about her work.
Dr. Norris seems to be more interested in chit-chatting than she does in her exams. She completely missed finding a basal cell carcinoma on my face...as well as various other lesions. I completely agree with the patient who said, "She is always in a rush.." Yes, she is "nice and friendly" BUT!!! I URGE YOU...FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!
Dr. Norris shows no concern for her patients and is always in a rush. I do agree with the above comment that she will work through lunch to take care of patients; her motive is to make money, not to help an extra patient though. My friend and I were both referred to her at the same time and neither one of us have seen her for more than 3 minutes. Furthermore, my friend requested that a mole be removed even though Dr. Norris said it was unnecessary. It turned out to be precancerous. Dr. Norris has prescribed me medication for... read more
Dr Norris was late for my appointment. She diagnosed my problem and I took meds. When I can more my follow up she wasn't sure that she diagnosed me properly because she confessed that she didn't know what I had. Without letting me know that. she diagnosed my anyway. Then I had to pay for a follow up that didn't tell me anything. The she suggested that her assistant pick some bumps off my neck. I said "if you think it's a good idea then okay." She said no problem it's a small simple thing. She ended up charging me an arm and ... read more
Not anywhere near as professional as others in this field. seemingly unalbe to really get to the problem (though simple) Cannot recommend
Woderful person, but when I had two moles removed, I asked if it would be noticable. she said that there would be NO scarring, and after three years there is stll obvious scarring.
She is really nice and friendly, but my acne still hasn't cleared up after intense acutane treatment and another medication (which I didn't learn until having taken it for 8 months reverses the effect of my birth control pills!) She gives a lot of samples and laser treatment was covered as a doctor visit co-pay, so it cost $10 instead of $300 at a day spa.
