I was greeted in a friendly manner by office staff. She explained what tasks I needed to complete and was very helpful when I had some questions. I was taken back to an exam room by another friendly staff member. Dr. Norris was welcoming, warm and extremely helpful. She asked questions and answered the questions I had for her. She was knowledgeable, professional and addressed each of my concerns. I’m very happy to be a new patient at this clinic. I look forward to future visits.

I absolutely can’t say enough about my experience and satisfaction with Dr. Norris. She is very thorough and explains everything concisely and clear. She does not make me feel like I am a bother and does not rush, which is what I have experienced lately with other doctors! 5 stars!!
