Not one single time during my long distance loan process and home purchase did any problems occur that were not resolved quickly and efficiently by Patrick and his staff. They were friendly, informative, and helpful even when some things were not in their normal range of duties.

From start to finish, everything was exactly how we had discussed in our initial meeting. Very thorough throughout the entire process, got the loan I needed and I am now in a better place moving forward because of it! Very responsive, works for the customer, and is good at what he does....what more could you ask for?

Patrick did a good job of explaining the terms of our refinance loan. True to his word, the monthly payment was very close to what he had quoted us. He patiently answered our questions sometimes answering the same question multiple times. The only negative was the paperwork which I guess is the case for any residential loan these days.

Patrick said from the beginning, he saw no problem getting our loan to process and he proved just so. It was a long, grueling process but he saw it through. We are now moving into our new home. Thanks Patrick!

My experience working with Patrick was great! I just closed on my first house and through the whole process, starting at the early prequalification, he was always available, responded very quickly and knew his job very well. I am a first-time homeowner and very curious by nature, so he answered all my questions in a very detailed way with at least 1 or 2 examples from real life. We had an appointment this morning that was scheduled weeks ago. My husband called to confirm an hour before and was told by Patrick that he couldn't make it as something came up last night. We got no call from him to inform us. He said he had another appointment and asked us to come in later. We are feeling disrespected and will use someone else for our refinance.
