Patrick guided us professionally through a million questions, paperwork and deadlines. He was always accessible, friendly, informed and calming.... even through the hectic holidays! We closed on time and enjoyed a white Christmas in our new mountain home.

We have processed several loan applications with Patrick, and on all of those engagements he was positively excellent!! We were impressed with his promptness and professionalism. Also he was responsive, patient and thorough to my very many questions. More specifically, in our last engagement which happened in December, he kept the ball rolling, and process was completed way ahead of time frame. Patrick was wonderful to work with. He was given a timeline for our closing and he made it happen for us. He was continously in contact with us, professional and explained everthing to us as well as assured us that he would get us closed in time. Patrick is a true professional. I closed a home with him this past November. He is straightforward, very fast and extremely resourceful. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities to answer your questions pretty much 24/7. Write him an email and he will get back to you right away. Shop around and you will see that his rates are competitive too. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely do business with him again.
Working with Patrick was a great experience. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, there were many days I spent 15-30 minutes on the phone with Patrick and he explained how the whole thing worked from top to bottom. His prices were much lower than other lenders and I feel he truly looks to get you into the best loan for your situation. Patrick was fantastic in his communication and speed. I had a special situation where I had to close in about 25 days from the offer and Patrick was very helpful in achieving that.
