Working with Patrick and his firm was pretty easy. He ran numbers for me both via email as well as over the phone. This helped in comparing our options and coming up with the best fit for our refinance. Whenever I had a question he was willing to have a chat to explain it and make sure that I had no confusion. The fact that all of the documents were electronic until the maybe 10 signatures on closing day was awesome. Way easy.
Patrick was ridiculously helpful with our refinance of our home as well as giving us financial advice for how to use our money to work best to our advantage. When we hit a few snags, Patrick called us immediately and talked me through it and how it would be an advantage as opposed to a setback. He was optimistic and kind and detail oriented. I would work with Patrick a thousand times over.
Patrick was very professional and brought refinance options to the table I had not previously known about. I look forward to working with him in the near future.
Patrick is very helpful, prompt and detail-oriented. He did not mind working late evenings/weekend to get our house closed on time. He explained everything very-well and definitely seemed like he was working hard to get us a good deal. He was referred to me by 2 of my friends and he did not disappoint us at all.

We have refinanced around 3 - 4 times over the last 15 or so years and have used Patrick each time with very smooth, easy to understand transitions each time.
There are not words to describe how amazing Patrick is and what a fabulous job he does for his clients. He is nothing less than first rate. He helped me from start to finish with my first home purchase, giving me solid advice and making some great recommendations for steps that can be taken even after the initial loan is completed.
