Patrick walked us through each step of the way and explained every detail. We were very pleased with his approach. Our situation was more complicated than many, and Patrick did everything we needed to get us through to closing without issue!

Patrick is not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, he is also determined and creative. We worked on a very challenging transaction where the property did not appraise (no comps).
