Patrick found opportunities that other lenders missed. I planned to purchase a single family home but ended up purchasing a duplex. Patrick was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I needed some things explained more than once. Finance and mortgages are not my strong suit! He was always available, even after hours, and very responsive to voicemail and email. I always felt like he was on top of what needed to be done the entire time, which took a lot of the stress away. He even sent pizza to the house for dinner the day we moved in. I would highly recommend Patrick!

From the time I first talked to Patrick, received a pre-qualification, found a home, and closed on the property -- it was only 31 days! This is my third home and the process with Patrick was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace, the finance and purchase process, and is a real pleasure to work with. Patrick is not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, he is also determined and creative. We worked on a very challenging transaction where the property did not appraise (no comps). For most deals, that would have been the end of the road, but not for Patrick! He refused to let the deal die! We closed with a totally different type of loan only 2 weeks after the original close date. There are many, many lenders out there but very few who have this combination of care and competence.
