I have worked with Market Consulting Mortgage before for refinancing my prior home and more recently with Patrick towards purchase of our new home. The entire experience was very good. Patrick was easy to contact via phone and email. He took time to answer all questions I had related to closing and the current interest rate environment. He also recommended a good home insurance plan. He attended our closing which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend Patrick for your mortgage / refinance needs.

Patrick did a superb job on getting our loan closed on time, as promised. He was very transparent about the various options available , and was clear in his communications throughout the entire process. He is very responsive, and was always available via email or call to discuss any questions, or issues until the loan is closed. I highly recommend Patrick.

Patrick was so helpful to my husband and I in finding the best financing options on our new home. He was easy to contact via phone and email. He took time to answer all of our questions during the process. He even helped us find a less expensive but more thorough home insurance plan. To top it all off, he came to our closing and brought us a plant for our new home. A nice personal touch you don't get with everyone! Highly recommend.

Patrick helped me navigate the challenging mortgage system as a first-time home buyer. Patrick was recommended to us by a family friend who had used his services in the past and we couldn't have had a better experience. I spoke to several lenders to compare rates and none of them could compete with the rate Patrick offered us. I found Patrick very quick and work with you as per your schedule during weekends and late hours as well. My mortgage rate is competitive and better then other lander. Good part is, Patrick explained me everything in detail, since I am first time buyer, which is very helpful and also he provided me options. Patrick helped me with a home loan on a home purchased in May 2018. Patrick was great to work with from start to finish. He was really quick about getting back in touch with me, he shopped around for various products to fit my mortgage needs, and was able to explain various scenarios to make sure I chose the right type of mortgage for our growing family.
