The worse dealership ever This dealership is a scam and rip off. They sell bad vehicles, and then try to blame the customer. They tell you to lie to the crooked finance company. They tell you to tell Credit Acceptance that you put $4000.00 down when you didn't. I bought a 2016 equinox in June of 2019. By November of 2019 it stopped running. Customer Service Employees are disrespectful! Very rude and don't have time to respond to phone calls or emails. Customer service is terrible! Was literally told on the phone they did not have time for me unless I was there. Was told while I was speaking that there was another call and did I want to buy a car or not.
Unprofessional, look elsewhere I called on Nov 29th, and set up an appt. for 10am Nov 30th, to look at a 2016 Subaru Forrester for my daughter. I arrive at 10am and I’m told they started the restoration on that car this morning, and I can’t see it. I tell them I have an appt to specifically see that car, and they take a picture and say that’s the best they can do. I can come back at a later date to see it. The whole process was very unprofessional.
Disappointed We went there this morning, this car dealer is NOT true to their slogan, "Bad credit, no credit don't sweat" everyone is approved. My friend has no credit, just starting to build his credit and he was turned down. What a waste of time and effort.
Don't waist your time They won't let you drive on the highway that's crazy that is the only way to check a car out they know it's something wrong that's why they smoke around you and their office look old and don't know how they can operate from a building like that the car starts shaking even when I went around the corner
