xxxx Patriot auto Patriot auto is xxxxxxxx they supposed to help people with bad credit man they just like other dealers out looking for money they even try to work with. DO NOT SHOP HERE Three words to describe Patriot Autos: unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent. The "150 point inspection" they claim to complete on their cars is an absolute lie. When I drove off the lot with my new 2010 Honda, I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid was faulty. A week later my check engine light came on revealing the catalytic converter was bad, they replaced it and now my car sounds like its whistling. Poor repair work I purchased my car from this Patriot Auto 9/3/18 and was told i had to purchase the extended warrant provided by them, My check engine light came on 4/17/19 with code P0411 Patriot service department serviced my vehicle said it was carbon build up, was called when the repair was completed , i had to pay $536 because the problem was not covered by the warranty that was purchased with the vehicle . 6/28/19 same code P0411 appeared i took my car to a different shop and the mechanic informed me the problem was c... read more

Horrible experience This experience here has been the worse, chris charged me for license plate when I previously had them before and wanted to switch over to the same ones I had. Also he was rude cutting me off when I was talking multiple times, lied about taking the new license plates off the price and told me I would get registration in mail never recieved it and never actually told me I had to pick it up. Repairs got vehicle 9/18 and 12/18 check engine on and tire pressure light wont go off. Repair shop says i have to pay $95 for diagnostic and $100 deductible because 1200 warranty that i purchased with car wont cover repair. Rip off, if i could turn back the hands of time
Very disappointed Revised my rating from a 5 to a 1 since I cant rate it a negative number After having my car for a month I'm changing my rating next time I want a car I will buy it New from the dealership. Lesson learned never but a car from a used dealership no matter how sweet the deal may seem. Customer Server is great because they want to sell you a car but they only tell you what you want to hear and it wont be the truth 😡
No sale Found a car I was interested in, made what I felt was a reasonable offer. Not surprisingly, they responded with a not so great counter offer. I called them from my bank to find out exactly how much and who to have a check made to and was told a considerably higher amount. Gave them 1 star because this review wouldn't let me submit otherwise
