You pay for the complimentary service. They will also state that your coupon is not for the oil change given. Make sure you present the coupon before the oil change. Not recommended.

Detailing was meh at best, and was back in a different shop a month later for cooling system issues they had "fixed".

It was never serviced It was just purchased and it was buy as is and they meant it it has various things steering the batteries the lights the drivers side seat it was brought to their attention and they literally pushed it down my throat so now I have to pay for it.

Salesmen aggressively wouldnt take no for an answer, Dinged my car during trade in test drive and before we went to finance they shotgunned my credit score and lowered me 40 points, lied about the Trucks service record and insulted me to my face about doing maintenance on my own car
