Totally terrible service from parts to sales. I will never return there and regret going there
I bought my Chrysler from Patriot Chevrolet in Bartlesville, OK And they were overly demanding and over bearing and not listening to me as the customer. They and even this says that they washed it and serviced it but they didn't do either of those things. I had to clean bodily fluids among other things out of the car by myself for an entire weekend after it was delivered. I was not told it was 166 to diagnose a fuse. Got my money back
My wife brought our 2025 Trax in for the same problems that we've had since we bought the vehicle and still no issues fixed and when voicing concerns about the safety of the vehicle was told to leave the property and not return. Patriot GMC right down the road has helped us tremendously.
Would give 0 if could, Had to go back more then once to fix things they broke during the Engine Replacement.
Too much money per month for on Social Security and I couldn't afford it
Charged $386 just to diagnose the problem, total bill was over $1,200 the part they replaced was approximately $70 part. This dealership really takes advantage of their customers.
Funny that I recieved this.. How was my service and detail on 12/13/2024. Bartlesville Patriot Chevrolet started demanding the vehicle back 2days after i got it, saying the loan company backed out, yet ive still not got a denial confirmation from the lender. Shady shifty ppl I had a nightmare of an experience with them!!! Ive not had that buick since 12/10/24 so you didnt service and detail anything for me! Fraudulent actions from theses ppl & nothing more!!!
Trunk has red dirt all in it was this a flood vehicle
