Worst customer service ever!!! They do not call when ready, but claim to do so. Nor do they return calls or emails. I dropped off stockings 12/11/18. Called on 12/17 was told they were not ready and they were busy so THEY would call ME when ready so that I knew not to bother them again. They never called. I left 3 voice messages and 1 email before Christmas. Finally reached them 12/28/18 was told I could not get a refund b/C they had done everything they could and had it ready on the 18th.
