My cousin has gotten them to do several shirts and things. They have always come back looking amazing! I am getting them to do my sons 1st birthday shirt. Also they will be doing our Mommie, Daddy, and Bubba shirts for my sons birthday and I have confidence that they will do an amazing job. The ladies I talked to where so nice and very helpful. They took their time to understand what I wanted and to make sure it would look right.

RecommendedI ordered a backpack from Pat's Monograms and was very picky about the font. I ended up returning the backpack for one with a new font and had no issues at all. This shop owner is very accommodating and really went the extra mile to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted. I think I really tested patience levels and am thankful for such excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

I ordered my Monogram Monthly Box and the automatic payment billed me twice by mistake. I sent Pat's Monograms an email and they took care of a refund for me right away. I just received my first Monogram Monthly Box and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! I wanted all 3 of the items in my box and they did a good job with the color preferences I had told them. If there were more stars, I'd give Pat's Monograms more stars!!! Excellent products!! Thank you so much!!!!
