Paul & his team were beyond knowledgeable & extremely helpful. From explaining the purchase down to getting us closed on time. Their expertise was exactly what I looked for in a team & although we faced small hurdles in the end with the insurances they were able to communicate these concers as well as resolve them in a timely manner.

Besides the fact that this process is stressful enough & overwhelming as a young person, I can honestly say my experience was made amazing due to Paul & his team. Tremendous people to work with as they answered my every need and communicated thoroughly on things that I didn't understand or needed to do prior to closing to reach the deadline I wanted. 10/10 service would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Paul is very responsive and that's important. Also, having access to loan products that we wouldn't otherwise, makes this a great partnership! Being able to assist a single mom with her first time home purchase - and she didnt have to bring any money to the closing table - is a wonderful feeling. Our team wants to do more of that!

Coming into this situation of moving without knowing what to do besides have a realtor, living out of state, I was caught unaware that I needed to know if I had good credit! Dumb huh!
