Calling for support usually ends in extreme frustration. Today support frustration was kicked to the curb. Connecting to my network was a few minutes and clicks away. All I had to do was listen and ask Clarifying questions as needed. Thank you Zeb for a great experience.

I worked with the Tallahassee office to get a new phone system for our company in Northwest Georgia, we also have satellite offices in Ohio and Mississippi. Our sales rep, Roxann, was amazing and very thorough in explaining all of the options available. The phone tech team that took over from Roxann were amazing. Bryce and Tim made the process so smooth and easy, even when I had crazy questions. I cannot recommend them enough for phone service. Now I just need them to put fiber in my area so I can get their internet as well.
