Mitch did an excellent job assisting me in troubleshooting my TV's wifi issues. I am new to Pavlov and did not expect this level of service with my experience with Spectrum. We would try different solutions, and he religiously called me back over a day or two to see if it solved the problem. In the end we did solve part of the issue. The last issue we think is the TV wifi board that is the problem.
