I have been going to Paw Prints for about 15 years now. They have always treated me and all my dogs with the greatest care and compassion.

My Razzle had a spleenectomy on March 6th which he had recovered from.(They removed his staples & forgot one, how does this happen?, but we got a kit & removed it, his incision healed well with no s/s of infection) I took my dog in for care yesterday because he had not been eating well since Tuesday April 4th, so yesterday April 7th I took him in & his labs showed pancreatitis & mild dehydration, however, he died within 15 minutes of having "only" IV fluids administered, he was only 12 & in good health. Took my dog her to get her nails clipped and they were bleeding. Her nails are easy to tell when to stop. My dog is probably in pain. Never again!!

PAW PRINTS - took $132 from me for services for someone else's dogs. I wasn't even in Morgantown and knew nothing of it. They just added it to my bill and will not return my money. Hospital Manager has promised on several occasions to make it right but hasn't yet. Please spread the word to be extra cautious of PAW PRINTS VETERINARY CLINIC! They very well could try to rip you off! SHARE! SHARE! SHARE!

On Tuesday, Aug 18, I took my 7 month old Lab, Cora, to Paw Prints Veternarian Clinic and told them I thought she had a blockage as she likes to eat everything. She had thrown up the evening before and was very sick that morning. When xrays were inconclusive, they recommended a Gastrointestinal Contrast. Dr. Wilfong explained that is was possible for the barium to push the blockage through (if there was one) and give them a clear picture of what was going on. I will never walk into this vet clinic again! I had to put my dog down and felt as if we were an inconvenience for everyone there. There was nowhere to sit so I could hold my dog on my lap. They had one cheap wooden stool in the room. He wasn’t placed on the table, but on the cold tile floor with no towel or anything under him. We had to lay on the floor with him as well.
