RecommendedOur cat Agustus was very sick with pancreatitis and not eating and no energy thank you for such wonderful care! Everyone is so nice and compassionate! It’s nice to see people care about animals and our cats back home!!
RecommendedThey got my little 6 pound Yorkie in promptly after she had been beat up by another pup pretty badly. I felt they took the time and had the empathy any pet parent would appreciate. Great Job Dr Fillerup and all who helped us! She is already feeling so much better!
RecommendedI called all over Utah County and could not find a Vet to care for Birds. I called PFPH and they said YES. Dr. Ipsen saw my beautiful Alexandrine parrot and the visit was awesome! I saw more birds coming in as I was leaving. I even had a wonderful conversation with the Dr. so informative and caring! 🪶 🐦
RecommendedI tried everywhere to get in for an emergency with no luck. PFPH got me in and Dr Ipsen was fantastic. He treated my 13 yr old yorkie so kindly, was thorough, listened to my concerns answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me to do unnecessary treatments. He just gained some new patients. I’ll definitely be coming back here for other services! Thank you again🐶
RecommendedLove Payson Family Pet Hospital but your phone hold times are outrageous! I’ll be on hold for at least 10 minutes at a time if not more. Please figure out a better system for your phone patients and not just your in person patients or at least have a call back option.
