I've been bringing both dogs here and haven't had a thing to complain about. I've liked all the staff and vets are great. Tonight, almost before 5pm I had a feeling to call as my dog seemed to be having some issues with her labor. I wasn't really sure but I'm so so so glad I called. They stayed open late for us to rush her in for a quick exam. The techs were SO wonderful. I can't thank them enough! I'm so thankful for Dr. Fillerup as he attended our girl with much concern. The staff is so kind & friendly & gentle with my pets. I've brought my lab and my cat there and I have had nothing but good experiences. The facility is clean and well taken care of which is also a plus. Definitely recommend!

I love Payson hospital pet hospital they are so great loving caring and they just have so much compassion then you can talk about that 24 hour emergency care in Orem and all that is the butcher clinic I wouldn't take my worst enemy to emergency care in Orem patient pet hospital is the best by far and above all the otherbest by far
Payson Family Pet Hospital is the best there is!!! I will NEVER take one of my pets anywhere else. They are affordable, compassionate, and go above and beyond what you'd expect from them. I took my chihuahua in for a small object removal, and they also trimmed his nails and cleaned his teeth at no extra charge!!!!
Words cannot express how grateful I have been for these wonderful individuals that have taken such loving care of my sweet dog Gus as he has been fighting for his life IMHA. The techs who have used there dogs for Gus's blood transfusions. Dr Fillerup has been amazing! Always calling every morning and evening with updates! I have gone to this pet hospital since it opened. They always impress me!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ���
