Our stay was quiet. The room was clean. The property was clean.The covered parking is a nice touch and we loved how close we were to main street.

Great location to walk around downtown Fredericksburg or to the Pacific War Museum. Nice outdoor seating if you are a smoker or like to get a bit of fresh air. Breakfast is minimal (oatmeal, pastries). We struggled with the humidity and the request to keep the AC at 70 or above. Covered parking right next to each unit. Very affordable.

Friendly staff and very simple,straight-forward accommodations. It’s an older and dated hotel—definite boutique feel, but the bed was very comfy, clean, secluded, and warm. The gym is not onsite, which isn’t great, but they have a partnership with Anytime Torness, which is ample. Breakfast was good and it was very nice to have a kitchen to cook in. The kitchen was dated and minimally appointed-stove was a little sketchy, but it cooled my steak just fine. Overall, a good value for the money!
