We were in one of the little duplexes facing the trees. It was nice to sit out on the porch and drink coffee in the mornings. Very clean and well equipped. Comfy bed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!

some covered parking available. walking distance to main street was approx 1/8 mile. walkable for this 70 yr old in decent shape. room was clean. breakfast is basic. i would stay again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The price is fair and better than some other properties listed in the area. The continental breakfast is pretty minimal and limited in options, but it gets the job done for putting something in your stomach first thing in the morning.

The staff was awesome! Very friendly, and professional. The facility is very dated which does mean bad as long as it's clean. On the suface it was clean, but since they have wooden floors, they need more than a broom. Swiffer would be better. Walking barefoot, your feet pick up the grit on the floors. The ceiling fan light in our unit does not turn off unless you turn off the fan. Definitely an electrical problem. The light glows like a night light when off.
