Of course, as it always happens, about 9pm on a Friday evening, I noticed it felt uncomfortable & checked the temp in the house. Sure enough, about 6 degrees hotter than what we keep the thermostat on. My husband called & within just a few minutes a technician called & told him he was on another call and it would be a while before he could get here.
