I called early in the morning and asked to have someone come out and fix our AC unit that had stopped working the night before. The receptionist was extremely helpful and told me someone would be out before the end of the day. Unfortunately we experienced a clogged drainage pipe in our air conditioning unit resulting in about an inch of water flooding in our hallway, seeping into an adjacent closet! Of course it happened on a Saturday evening. We had to shutdown the unit. I made my initial call around 6pm to Peaden. We realized that it may take awhile to get a technician due to the weekend. Dusty did a good job and he was able to get here in a short time. I was surprised at the charge. It took 30 minutes to take care of my problem and the charge was $150.00. Not too long ago I paid Whitehead $89.00 for a 30 minute service call for something else. Next time I will wait for Whitehead to come out.
Keith did a through, professional job. I just signed up for an annual maintenance agreement.

Elias Mays came to my house to install a new toilet handle on May 14. His professionalism was top notch and I appreciated that he took the time to explain thoroughly all of that additional work that Peaden does. I served 20 years in the Air Force and Elias reminds me of a lot of my comrades that I served with. Great job young man!
Quick call to Peaden after caregivers called letting me know unit wasn't cooling and I was in another state. They were able to send out technician same day. Steve accessed the situation and got the aging unit working. We have had the services of Steve before and his work is to be commended as well as his professionalism. My family has used Peaden over 20 years and their service and attention to our problems be it plumbing or AC have always been superior.
