The food was delicious and made with care! I don't love the reservation requirement, and not a fan of the valet. Everything else it great, food, ambiance, cleanliness, staff, etc!
The service was amazing! They have an eclectic menu that you won't find at other local restaurants. We loved the food and the service!
The tap wall had all draft beers turned off so settled for bottled beer. That was one of the reasons we went here so sad only bottled beers available. The wine taps were confusing - we ended up paying $25 for a small amount of domestic wine. The server, at the end of our meal, combined the self serve taps with our dinner bill so you tip on all of it together - sneaky move but didn’t want to make this an issue. Great food, great service. Very nice outdoor patio.
Very friendly staff, so our service was awesome and food was delicious. One of our party ordered a steak medium well and it was definitely well. But she said it was delicious and tender.
Nice restaurant. Not what we were expecting. Like the concept of fresh food made to order. No fried food which we liked. Did not like having to pour our own beer and wine. Surprised they did not have a NZ Sauvignon Blanc wine.
This place is a must try!!! Amazing place! Our favorite part was the complimentary valet and the pour your own tap wall!! 10/10 will be bringing my family back!!
Isabella was splendid and took great care to provide us with exceptional service. She even took extra time to suggest drinks that were the perfect enhancement to our dining experience. The food was delicious, and Pecan Craft Kitchen is quickly becoming our favorite restaurant in Jacksonville!
Sweet Potato minis and Flatbreads were great! Service was great too! We will be back!
