We did have to wait 45 minutes past our appointment time to see the Dr. I felt that a little too long to wait especially for the younger kids. I understand things happen, and dr matt is really a great dr , good listener, probably wants to spend as much time needed with each patient... but we had a 930 appt and I feel like thats early enough to not be so far behind. Maybe need to book extra time as a practice for each patient instead of cramming them in.

Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. Very caring towards Natalia especially when nervous getting shots. Because of that she is very brave now when coming in.

We love Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine! Staff is always friendly & attentive. They are very good about getting us in for appts when needed, even if short notice. We also love Dr Bethany, she is the best!

We have been going to this office to see Dr. Matt since we moved to the Columbus area in 2015. They have always gotten us in the same day for our boys to be seen when they are sick or injured preventing us from ever having to go to urgent care. My kids LOVE Dr. Matt, my oldest is 9 and talks to him like an old friend. I am so grateful we found such a great office for our children to grow up going to.
