We love Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine! Staff is always friendly & attentive. They are very good about getting us in for appts when needed, even if short notice. We also love Dr Bethany, she is the best!
We have been going to this office to see Dr. Matt since we moved to the Columbus area in 2015. They have always gotten us in the same day for our boys to be seen when they are sick or injured preventing us from ever having to go to urgent care. My kids LOVE Dr. Matt, my oldest is 9 and talks to him like an old friend. I am so grateful we found such a great office for our children to grow up going to.
Using herbal natural remedy was what got me tested negative to HSV 2 after been diagnosed for years. I have spend so much funds on medications like acyclovir (Zovirax), Famciclovir (Famvir), and Valacyclovir (Valtrex). But it was all a waste of time and my symptoms got worse. To me It is very bad what Big pharma are doing, why keep making humans suffer greatly just to get profits annually for medications that don't work. I'm glad that herbal remedies are gaining so much awareness and many people are getting off medications ... read more
Nurse Kyle is wonderful, as is Dr Gray, but we did have to wait almost an hour to be seen by Dr. Gray.
We loved our provider but we always feels SO rushed and we feel like there always a better place that our provider needs to be. As first time parents we have LOTS of questions and just feel like we're looked over and rushed to get out. This has happened on multiple occasions. I understand that not every patient can have an hour plus but we should atleast be able to leave with the satisfaction in knowing we have minimal to no questions.
I gotta be honest, my time at Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine was a total nightmare, and I wouldn't suggest this place to fellow parents looking for pediatric care. The big reason behind my bad experience was Susan, the practice manager. Instead of being a helpful link between patients and doctors, Susan was a major roadblock to getting caring treatment. No wonder the clinic has got a bunch of one-star reviews with her running the show in the admin office.

My experience at Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine left much to be desired, and I believe it's important to share my concerns for the benefit of others seeking care there. Unfortunately, my interactions with their practice manager, Susan, were particularly disappointing. Susan's demeanor was consistently unfriendly and came across as rather nasty. Her approach to addressing my questions and concerns lacked the professionalism and compassion one would expect from a healthcare environment. I found her communication style to b... read more
Dr Mastruserio as always was wonderful and prompt. I was disappointed to have to wait in hold for 25 minutes to schedule an sick child appointment. Waiting to speak to triage when I knew my child needed to be seen seems unnecessary. I understand this is helpful for screening for Covid but I feel the office needs to open earlier or there needs to be more nurses since I was told this is a typical wait time from 8:30-10:30 each day.
