Nurse Kyle is wonderful, as is Dr Gray, but we did have to wait almost an hour to be seen by Dr. Gray.

We loved our provider but we always feels SO rushed and we feel like there always a better place that our provider needs to be. As first time parents we have LOTS of questions and just feel like we're looked over and rushed to get out. This has happened on multiple occasions. I understand that not every patient can have an hour plus but we should atleast be able to leave with the satisfaction in knowing we have minimal to no questions.

I gotta be honest, my time at Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine was a total nightmare, and I wouldn't suggest this place to fellow parents looking for pediatric care. The big reason behind my bad experience was Susan, the practice manager. Instead of being a helpful link between patients and doctors, Susan was a major roadblock to getting caring treatment. No wonder the clinic has got a bunch of one-star reviews with her running the show in the admin office.

My experience at Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine left much to be desired, and I believe it's important to share my concerns for the benefit of others seeking care there. Unfortunately, my interactions with their practice manager, Susan, were particularly disappointing. Susan's demeanor was consistently unfriendly and came across as rather nasty. Dr Mastruserio as always was wonderful and prompt. I was disappointed to have to wait in hold for 25 minutes to schedule an sick child appointment. Waiting to speak to triage when I knew my child needed to be seen seems unnecessary. I understand this is helpful for screening for Covid but I feel the office needs to open earlier or there needs to be more nurses since I was told this is a typical wait time from 8:30-10:30 each day.

Dr. Matt was great! He was very helpful with the nuances of a growing “independent” 1 year old and ways is as parents we can support his growing body and mind. The nurse checking us in however was not as good of an experience… she wasn’t very personable and on top of that, she pushed through the check in questions, didn’t engage my son at all. Visited this practice once in 2021 and front desk was disorganized, doctor clearly had not looked over any information about my child’s health or medications whatsoever before coming in the room, and the doctor spend the majority of the visit talking about how terrible puberty would be and how these last remaining years would be the absolute final opportunity to connect with my child or teach him anything of value.
