Have been using A+ since 2013 and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They genuinely listen and are absolutely amazing with my kids. I can always count on them getting us in for a sick appt and I really appreciate the level of care we receive everytime.

I am extremely disappointed with how this pediatrician's office handled my child's appointment. I called 30 minutes beforehand to explain that I was stuck in standstill traffic and was unsure when I would arrive. The call center representative assured me that I had a 20-minute grace period before the appointment would be canceled. After sitting in traffic for an hour and 45 minutes, I arrived only 15 minutes late within the timeframe I was given. Everything and everyone was so pleasant and nice until we had to go to check out. I believe her name is Maritza long gray hair and big black glasses was very rude and horrible customer service. I'm sorry but she should not be working at the front desk.

If all you need is to get your kid vaccinated this office gets an "A Plus."if you are looking for actual medical advice, treatment, and stewardship of human health better find another office

I really tried liking this pediatric office and telling myself it was a little off because they're working out of and sharing an office right now. However, we ended up switching pediatricians because it was just bad every single time we went. My husband and I went to a plus pediatrics with our newborn son. The medical assistant was always very friendly and the NP also was friendly, we just never saw the actual pediatrician which was frustrating. Hopefully this review will help other new born parents. From the moment we walked in the front desk staff were dismissive, terrible interpersonal skills, almost made us feel like a burden for coming in. The Doctor was very sweet knowledgeable and attentive, but we'll likely look for another pediatrician just because of the rudeness we encountered. Darn shame

A shakedown regime! Unreliable! Dr Otero has been seeing our daughter since she was a newborn for 2.5 years now. It started out great A+ then in the last 1.5 years it went down to F-. Their billing department is terrible. They're disorganized and do not know what they are doing. They do nothing but give you headache and waste your time. Doctors are great, when you finally get to see them. I'm writing this review as I'm still waiting 45 min past my appointment time. They are always always late. The ladies at the front desk do not greet you when you come in and act annoyed that you're even there.
