Worst service!! We came in as new patients and were greeted rudely, I didn't not like the service. A pediatric is very important and should be someone you can feel comfortable with but we didn't feel that way since we were greeted. So sad!!

Terrible. As a first time mom, I was excited when I found this pediatric office. There have been little problems arising since day one, well today finally put me over the edge and I found a new office. First it was the emergency hotline, I called and left a message-no one called me for several hours after, so much for being an "emergency" hotline. The doctors are all very nice and most of the nurse are as well. However, since day 1, anytime I call to schedule an appointment or ask a question, I always get an attitude or a smart ass answer from the ladies at the front desk. I'm always nice and never give attitude back but I'm tempted ! I have considered going to another pediatrician just due to their attitude. But like I said the doctors are all nice, and they are who I have to deal with the most.
