Love this place Great customer service the staff is always smiling and ready to help.
Dr. Jakos has been the pediatrician for both of our boys since my oldest, now 17, was 2 years old. He is a fantastic and caring doctor. The relatively new east location is much quicker than the pediatric associates west location. I highly recommend dr. Jakos.

Dr. Jakos was recommended to my family from my OB for our newborn. Since we are new to the pediatrician world we didn't know exactly what to look for. As soon as we met Dr. Jakos we knew that we would be in great hands. Fortunately we do not need to visit the pediatrician often and have visited for healthy check ups only. The staff acknowledges you as soon as you walk in the door and I've never had to wait in line to check in. 1 STAR -- Extremely Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Associates in East Boynton Beach. I called to schedule an appointment for my 13-year-old daughter because she has not had her menstrual period in six months. This is obviously something I take seriously as a parent, and I wanted her evaluated by her pediatrician. Dr. Sevino is horrible , screaming at his staff because I was 15 minutes late and screaming to the point where i can hear him saying im not seeing anyone that was late and shes a sick child , not a check up anything a full blown sick child , no kind of bedside manner just straight up disrespectful I would never bring my child to no man like that , do not recommend, very unprofessional

We have been coming here for 7 years and I've wanted to change for a while but just haven't. Very franchise-like and not personable. Today I've called three different times with questions about my bill and I was on hold for over 20 minutes each time!! Impossible to talk to anyone! Best to look somewhere else for your little one's care.
Started taking my son here due to our previous office not accepting our insurance. The location was what attracted us to this office and the fact that I also was a patient of pediatric associates in Boca. Location is conveniently located on congress next to old navy (and ulta and Marshall's). So far the pediatricians and nurse practitioners we've seen have been kind and helpful.
