Dr. Sison and her team are incredible. She was my daughter's doctor for many years and helped provide whatever she needed when she was diagnosed with a terminal condition. She had alot of needs but we felt very supported by FC Pediatrics. I would call or email and the team would have immediately jump on anything we requested for our baby girl. I'm a first time mom and this pediatrics have been amazing to us the staff understands and are so helpful and Dr Sison is awesome from my daughters very first appointment to her first sick appointment the staff quickly helped get my baby seen the same day wish I would've got her name she was so sweet!
I love bringing my kids here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Rosemarie Sison is a sweetheart and she loves her job. Feels like family here.
Our pediatrician is dr. Lehoux loved her she was very informative and did extensive testing to see what viruses my son had from daycare. The office staff is friendly. It is a bit smaller than I'm used to but definitely clean which is the most important thing.
Dr. Sison was just so welcoming and upbeat. The M.A that passed us seemed on the allergy side but she did her thing and was very nice and just as welcoming. The ladies at front desk very funny and kind. Great office and not long waits although I do believe I got lucky that day. For ref. Services it wasnt a hassel very quick and attentful. Def. A place for kids
After going through so many pediatricians in Florida, I'm finally satisfied! Thank you Dr. Sison and staff. The place is clean and the staff is wonderful and friendly.
I don't understand why they give you an hour for the appointment and attend you an hour later or more. I was waiting with my baby inside the office for more than an hour waiting for the doctor

Office experience: D The staff especially those answering the phones are extremely unprofessional and rude. I have had appointments cancelled before arriving without notice, mind I have to take off work and my child has to miss school for this. The wait times are ridiculous , my appointment was at 9am wasn't seen till 10:45, I don't think that's normal. The office was not clean or disinfected as it should be. Definitely time to look for another practice.
Worst pediatrician, worst customer service, worst everything. If your child is dying they don't really care. My son had a fever for 4 days and they didn't accept him to be checked. I have been registered with them for 7 months and never appointments soon, you walk in to the office you see no patients but still won't take your patient. Even if you ask for the immunization form for the school they 'll give hard time. Stay away from this office, they're away far from being professional. Worst pediatrician on earth.
