Terrible they scheduled my daughter appoitment for 3:00pm, then i called as she was in pain, i was told to come in, when i get at the office they told me i had to wait 1h and 30 mim to my daughter to be seeying, left us in the waiting room around other kids knowing my daughter was contagious, spoke to a manager that never solves anything. This place really need to take more care of there patients.
This office has horrible in customer service and very long wait times. No staff member is ever on the same page. They all seem lost. The doctors don't communicate with each other. When you call hold times are ridiculous. Office is old and dainty. All I can say positive is Dr. Sison is a very good doctor. She needs a better staff or team.
I normally don't do this but this place is a joke the wait time for appointments are usually more than a hour why schedule my kid at a certain time if you are not going to call me until hours later same thing on video chat two hours wait for that but quick to charge. Let's talk about referral they took for Ever even after I told them my daughter needed to see neurosurgeon. This is the place where they would not take Isabella because of her medical history. This is the place were they discriminated against my daughter because of her special needs. A pediatrician office that indicated to me that because of her medical history they will not be able to MEET her needs. There was never an evaluation, they didn't even had her file. For any patient who has been seen by a previous PCP and is on the verge of turning 18, the best course of action is to establish care with a Physician who will be their healthcare provider for the years to come. Permanently discharging patients for missing Appointments and then discharging sibling and not notifying me. Things happen and and I am a working mom. I looked pass when you guys took one week to replay to me on test result because the staff for got to give me a call I had to call myslef to find out my kids test result that should've only taken 24-48 hrs to get back. Also looked pass no one letting us know that the doctor was change. Thank you for nothing dislike this place. DO NOT TAKE YOU KIDS HERE FIND A BETTER PEDIATRICS
Permanently discharging patients for no good reason. I would think discharging a 6 month old wouldnt be allowed, knowing how important vaccines are and how hard it is to get an appointment at most pediatric offices.
I have to say, I was in love with the practice until I began to see how irresponsible the staff was. I was dismissed because of 3 cancellations when in fact I brought in the excuse/proof for the reason I didnt show up. They never scanned in the documents and I have two asthmatic children whom need their medication and check ups. If it werent for the staff, I would honestly hive them 5 stars. Thing is they do nothing to try to resolve the situation.
Brought my child here for a routine visit as received a postcard from First Choice Pediatrics, after being informed by the front staff that I needed an appointment I understood that this was normal practice and I forgot. However the reason for this review is to address the issue I had with their so called Office Manager Vanessa. She intervened and immediately shot me down making me feel un-welcomed with other patients surrounding me .
