I have seen several doctors at this location and my experience with them was great. They listened to my concerns and more impressive followed up with a few personal phone calls. I really appreciate. The wait time is usually over 30 mins which can be a bit overwhelming especially if you're with a sick child. What I can honestly say is that although I have been frustrated with the wait I always leave satisfied with my one on one time with the dr. The doctors are nice but the wait sucks... I call it the "Walmart of pediatrics"... A lot of customers but not enough registers...

I was so hesitant to pick Pediatrics Associates as our primary doctors for our children because of the reviews I read. Unfortunately I had to go in because my kids had fever and out of all the providers that I contacted in my area they where the only one that actually cared about the health of my Kids. Wow. They clean chairs with disinfecting wipes. Impressive ! Rarely you will see this type of effort.

This office is extremely crowded. The staff is efficient but the wait is frustrating, so much that I consider a different Pediatric Office every time. But, Dr. Leader is reason I keep coming back.... she's great!

Personally, never had a problem. The office manager is very helpful. The wait has always been a decent experience for me though a friend of mine has always experienced long waits. I love Dr. Kendrick & Dr. Rabin.

Such a long wait and really bad smell, they also put the "not so well" seating right by the line where you must wait, so basically breathing sick kids air while waiting in line.

Absolutely disappointed with their services now. it just to be a prestigious business now it's just horrific. My kids have been going there since birth until they aged out and that was since 2007. It can be 3 people in the waiting area and no one in the back rooms and you're still gonna wait .45 after your appt for your child's name to be called. I received a call to pick up my son's paperwork and I've been here for about .30 mins and counting waiting because they can't find the paperwork. This is unacceptable and very unpro... read more

I've been waiting for almost 2 hours for my EKG and others are also waiting for their appointments in the waiting room. The service is pretty slow and overtime the waiting room got fuller and fuller with the same people waiting and others.
