I brought my son here for his first appointment and i definitely will be back. I love when you can tell people enjoy their job and they're wonderful with babies. Terrie Johnson is his doctor and she's great at easing a first time mom's mind and caring for my son. The visit was efficient and quick too, the lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful.

I've Been Going To This Place Of Practice With All Of My Children And Never Ever Had A Problem.When It Was On Australia To The 45Th Plaza To North Point And Now Military Trail. And My Oldest Two Are 33 And 29 And My Last Two Are 18 And 16.....Even My Grand Children Goes To Pediatric. All The Doctors Are Very Professional And Well Educated! I Love Doctor JohnSon She Has Been With All My Kids Especially My Last Two From Birth.. And The Staff Is Awesome Never Had An Issue They Greet You With Respect And Have A Smile Every Time ... read more

This office went above and beyond to fix my sons shot records that have been messed up for a few years since moving and previous pediatric offices. Thank you soooo much Yanique for getting everything fixed!! She worked over an hour calling around to make sure the record was up to date and accurate!! Highly recommend.

I want to thank Jacara Smith for her ALWAYS excellent customer service and knowledgeable answers to my wide range of questions, But my latest visit was exceptional - She made my daughter feel comfortable - ( as she remembered the previous visit brought shots) but not this one - so she was a little frightened at the sight of the exam room. I appreciate the extra mile that was taken to settle my little one in - Thank YOU

I don't care what time I visit Pediatric Associates they are always friendly and knowledgeable about what's going on with my child. It's comforting to have staff that knows what their doing and has a genuine passion for the work and services they provide.

They are very welcoming to all patients. Everytime I take my daughter to Pediatric Association I have full confidence and trust that my daughter is getting the best treatment possible. I recommend Pediatric Association to all of my friends with children, because I can guarantee they will receive the most respected and efficient results.

Nikiesha Forbes "MD" Came in and out the room no solution at all I came in not knowing what my kid had and she didn't either left the pediatric same way I came in no results whatsoever, prescription wasn't sent to the pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Associates in West Palm Beach. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, checked in, and were told everything was good to go and that we just needed to wait. Forty minutes later, we were still sitting in the waiting room watching patient after patient get called back, including families who arrived after us. I've been with Pediatric Associates for 11 years, and it gets worse every year. The customer service at the West Palm Beach office is terrible. Dubby at reception has the worst attitude and provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 11 years with Pediatric Associates.
