Office staff is incredibly rude. The doctor we normally see is very good, but I have never felt less welcome in any place of business in my entire life. I'm not sure they hire receptionists with anything above a middle school education, and apparently being nasty is a requirement for the position. Wait times are ridiculous here and even if you show up 30+ minutes early, you won't be seen for at least 45 minutes after your appointment was scheduled.
