My grandson was scheduled this morning as a new patients to this clinic.. We get there and the girl asks if I'm mom, i said grandma, she then asks if i brought my custody papers.. No, and you don't need them... I then get well we can't see him we have to have them. I told them all they need is bcbs card that shows our subscriber name and his name, bcbs knows we have custody. Took 2 of my younger kids for cleanings & 1 of my oldest to have a baby tooth pulled this morning. I stayed w/ my younger 2 while my oldest went back w/o me. Once the younger 2 were done I walked down to the room my oldest was in to look through the window & check on her. I was told that I wasn't allowed to stand there & look through that window. You might want to double check with your insurance company that this group is covered. I made the appointment and brought 2 kids for a 6 month ck up, xrays, and cleaning after this group SAID THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE. However after a month I got a huge bill. They WERE NOT a provider for my insurance. Normally when I go to an office they double check to make sure insurance covers the appointment but I guess not this place. Now I have a huge bill for something I only should have paid 30 dollars for.
