Dr Mindy Simms and staff were very friendly and professional. We are very happy with our 1st visit. They made sure to explain step by step of what was coming next. Making my boys feel comfortable and safe. I was able to be by my boys side. We had an awesome visit and look forward to coming back in June. Especially with the pac man game. ;)
RecommendedMy step daughter has a very high anxiety level when it comes to getting dental work completed. Today I took her in and we were checked in and out the door in 45 minutes! And Anzley did not shed a tear...the staff rocks...especially Crystal!

We had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Simms and her staff. Each of my kids (5,3,& 1) had an appointment. They went perfectly. Each little case of nervousness was calmed quickly by the staff and Dr. Simms. We will definitely be back!

Dr. Simms & the staff at Pediatric Dental Specialists of Hiram were amazing! Today was our first visit. The establishment was very clean, professional & kid friendly & everyone there was awesome & very patient with my almost 3 year old (who is super bashful & did not want to let go of mommy for awhile). They were calm, gentle, & made sure that they made him feel comfortable. And even though I was by his side the whole time, it brought major comfort to me as well knowing my son was in such great hands. So thankful.
Dr. Simms and her staff are absolutely amazing, my child was seen for an emergency visit today and they did everything to make sure he was comfortable and no tears at all for him, they took care of him as he was one of there own, I couldn't ask for better care... Truly amazing people
