Dr. Simms and staff were great with my son. I was worried about his first dentist visit but was put to ease after watching them handle my son so well! He actually had fun at the dentist, who would have thought? Thank you!
Dr. Simms is great with the kids! She wants what is best for the child, always! And always takes the time to speak with the parents so they know exactly what's going on with with their child's dental health. I highly recommend her!

They will charge for deposits of $100 for a free cleaning and then not notify you when their appointment is scheduled, I called them previously to update my contact information and yet they still will threaten you for fire you. I left a bad review and they told me that my kids are no longer accepted to their practice anymore. Instead of them trying to fix the issue they said since you left us a 1 star review find another place and they removed my review too.
I took my daughters to Hiram Pediatric Dentist, and they refused to see my kids because I didn't bring their adoption paperwork. They wouldn't accept my kids' gov issued, military IDs as proof of their relationship to their dad. They had this conversation with me in front of my kids! My kids said it was awkward and confusing. In 15+ yrs as an adoptive parent I've never been asked to prove that I'm their mother!
I had an appointment scheduled for 6 months. In July they stopped accepting my kid's insurance. My infant got teeth in September. I called to schedule his appointment with my daughter's for October 17th. They decided to tell me of this change the day before my kid's appointment instead of when I called in September. I don't have time for them to waste.

We politely ask all of our patients to update us if there is any changes in there insurance so we don't have to worry about any laps in coverage or services. Unfortunately we were not updated with the new insurance company/ information ( which we are not a credentialed provider with) until we called to verify the insurance the day before the visit as we always do for all our patients.
