My daughter saw Dr Cloud for dental work. She was very nervous and without having to sedate her. He was able to work with her so patiently and get it done! Best experience with a dentist! The whole staff is amazing!
My daughter had an accident at daycare and as fast as I whipped into the parking lot, they had my girl in the back to care for her. Everyone was so patient and sweet to us.
The staff is incredible! We are patients of Dr. Cloud. He is so great with every child, and his work is exceptional. All the assistants and hygienists are extremely caring and kid friendly. We love Pediatric Dentistry!
We are in the process of getting my son braces and we were in a time crunch on getting things done fast! I walked over to pediatric dentistry bossier and asked them what my options were on getting my son taken care of asap! They handed me a kiosk said sign all these papers for new patient within 10 minutes they had him back for x rays , they cleaned his teeth, they put a sealant on his teeth, fixed a cavity, filed down his pitting & placed resin on there to smooth his teeth for braces. I take my kids to the Natchitoches location but needed to move up an appointment and the only availability was at the Bossier location. I was a little apprehensive because we are accustomed to team in Natchitoches (who we love as well!) They were just wonderful! They made my girl (who was extremely nervous) feel so comfortable and safe, and they made sure they listened to any discomfort she had and remedied it. Since the new building has been built it still has the same smiling faces from when you all was in the other location. I really enjoy coming here and my kids have been coming here since elementary school. My daughter is older now and doesn’t attend anymore but my son who now is a senior in high school is still attending. We love the atmosphere and will encourage others to attend.
