Nothing at all. Y'all are all very professional. Top notch employees. Yall are awesome with all 4 of my kidos. Dr gambill explains everything to my kids and me before anything is done. Very clean environment, everyone always seems to be happy, smiling always in good spirits. We live closer to the Shreveport office, but we have always came to the bossier office and that's where we will stay. My kids are comfortable with the girls and Gambill which is a huge plus. High five to our favorite both Jamie's. Those are our favs:)
The staff is AMAZING! My daughter was terrified of going to the dentist. From the receptionists to the assistant to the doctor, everyone there was so patient with her & so kind to her. We love Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport Bossier!

I don't know of anything that they could have done any better. They dill really well with david.
Only communicate a little more with waiting families about how long the wait will be, realistically. That helps those of us that have to have rides or taxis waiting, or helps us decide whether to reschedule the procedure for when it works better for sleep schedules of those who work nights. Thanks to Dr. Gambill, whom was just amazing with my autistic 8-year-old son, creating trust and rapport.
