I could not have possibly had a better experience at Dr. Pelka's office. From the minute I walked in, Kay at the front desk and Dr. Pelka and his staff were extremely accommodating, polite, and professional. I was admittedly nervous by the thought of having a root canal done, but Dr. Pelka assured me it would be relatively painless, and took the time to completely describe the procedure, and educate me on all of the steps involved. I loved that everyone was compassionate and caring. It was a painless process.
I was nervous about getting a root canal because I usually have trouble with Novacain but Dr. Pelka assured me that he would make sure I didn't feel any pain. I didn't have any pain at all and was very pleased.

Was very satisfied with my root canal experience in your office. Everyone in your office was very considerate and pleasant. Having a root canal is not my favorite way to spend a morning, but it was painless with only a little soreness and a dull headache as an after effect.
