DO NOT ORDER THE INTEGRATED SCREENS. We ordered windows September 2022, and Pella will visit our home for the 7th time February 2024 with the "hopes" of finishing this project. We ordered the roll away screens in our windows and they have installed them over 5 times and still do not operate as designed. We have spent an entire summer with our windows closed as there were no screens installed.
