DO NOT ORDER THE INTEGRATED SCREENS. We ordered windows September 2022, and Pella will visit our home for the 7th time February 2024 with the "hopes" of finishing this project. We ordered the roll away screens in our windows and they have installed them over 5 times and still do not operate as designed. I will welcome anyone from Pella or the general public to call me (714.975.4372) and discuss my horrific experience of my Pella sales and installation. I have spent $5k of my own money repairing a horrible installation that caused water to pour into my garage from a horrific install.
