Dr. Flanary is fantastic! First time our kitties have seen him since our main vet at Pender retired, but he is our go to from now on. Caring, helpful, and efficient. Can’t ask for me! And Hafsa took great care of our boys, getting them ready for Dr. Flanary and taking care of their blood draw. Another great visit at Pender. They are not inexpensive, but we’ve tried other vet practices in the area and Pender is it for us.

I've been coming here since August with my leopard gecko, and the staff is very patient and helpful! From the moment I walk in the receptionists make you feel welcomed, to the visit with the techs and doctors who are very kind, they all are helpful and understanding. They take their time to explain what is happening and how to handle my Leo. This last visit was difficult and Sasha, tech Stephanie and Dr. Eller really were patient with me and my leo . I'm very thankful for them!

So patient and understanding! The receptionists, nurses and doctors are very friendly. They handled my hedgehog very well and even gave her some treats.
