Outstanding in all regards. Fast and professional scheduling, outstanding facility. Dr. Jason Flanary continues to provide professional and caring attention to our four legged family members. He goes the extra mile if needed and truly cares about the health and welfare of our friends who can't verbally express their symptoms. Quick to professionally refer any issues that go beyond Pender's capabilities. Five stars in all regards.
Love love love Pender Vet. We trust them so much that even though we moved to DC and tried to switch to a closer clinic, we went back to Pender. You cannot beat their convenience, compassion and professionalism. Dr Voell is our favorite - very experienced, down-to-earth doctor. Have been trusting them for the past 9 years (with a short break in between).

Dr. Hyatt has been providing excellent care for our pets for years. He is particularly good with our cat GiGi who is anxious at the vet. The staff member who assisted him was great and entire process from check in to check out went smoothly.

I’ve been going to Pender since my first dog was a puppy. Even though we relocated to Maryland, I still will only use Pender as my pup deserves the best. Now we have two more pups added to the family and I still will only trust Pender. During the pandemic I had foster pups - I went to local vets for the fosters and had horrible experiences. I love Dr. Voell and Julie the tech was wonderful in handling my senior cat Simon who was stressed when we arrived. Annual check-up, rabies vaccine and nail trim all went smoothly and Simon wasn't mad at me afterward! A-plus service. Best vets in the world.
