PUNCTUAL--EFFICIENT--POLITE-PROFESSIONAL
I usually hate going to the dentist but it was a better experience then in the past. The improvements in the atmosphere created a more comfortable feeling. Also, I was very happy with my new dental hygienist Roxanne. She explained what she was doing and made me more relaxed, even when lecturing me about flossing. Overall, it was a better visit than I have had in the past.
This is the best Dr's office I have ever been to. The patient always comes first and Dr Tau and his staff make it a first priority to take care of the customer at all costs. Their knowledge and skill is first rate and state-of-the art for the very best dental care I have ever had.
Dr. Tau and his staff are wonderful. You are greeted and welcomed with sincerity. Today, other hygieniests I worked with in the past came to say hello and ask how I was doing. The procedure was done professionally and with only my care in mind. Dr. Tau and his assistant took their time making sure that I was comfortable before they performed my procedure.
Very professional experienced staff, great warm atmosphere. For a dental experience... this is as enjoyable as it can get!
Believe it or not, I learned good ideas to better my dental everyday care, and I encourage more people to try this dental practice.
I highly recommend Dr.Tau to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. His approach is comfortable and pain free experience in a state of the art facility. Give him a chance and you will never need another dentist. I love the digital impression machine.
Great Service. I liked the wax paraffin! I don't know any other dental office that pampers their clients the way they do here. Only thing I don't like too much is the fact that it's not open for service on Fridays.
After hearing bad news from my dentist of 27 years (whom I went to religiously every 6 months for appointments!!) I was recommended by my mother to try Dr. Tau. Unfortunately, I did have 5 cavities (some had been there for a minimum of 5-7 years!) BUT, I have to say that even though I was crazy enough to request that Dr. Tau "fix it all" in ONE visit, the entire procedure was PAIN FREE!! I even got a massage, a complimentary Paraffin hand treatment, and had his IPOD blasting my favorite tunes the entire 5 hours! Would I reco... read more
