Penny and her team were amazing. This was my 5th home purchase and first time using Big Valley Mortgage. We were able to close sooner than expected, had great communication throughout the entire process and all of our expectations were met or exceeded. I will definitely use Penny again and am so thankful I got to work with such an amazing team of people!!!
