In word, Penny was great. She kept us posted not just with texts but with personal phone calls which are much more effective in the complicated process of home loans. She also knew what she was talking about and expertly guided us through the process. Also answered her phone most of the time and responded quickly when we had to leave a message. I represented the Seller; however, Penny did the loan for the Buyer and closed it in less than 30 days even though it was an FHA loan with a Calfha (secondary down payment assistance program). My Sellers were grateful, as was I, that she was so efficient and kept us informed all along the way.
