The people made the entire process great. I want to commend Antonae Johnson on her professionalism, crisp communication and follow-through. She drove this closing to completion, provided options and kept me updated perfectly. Many times in these financing parties go silent for a week 10 days which is nerve racking. This did not happen as she checked in every couple days. Great experience!
My closing documents did not seem accurate. I followed up with PennyMac and tried to reach someone, including my loan officer, who on two separate occasions did not return my call. And now I believe my taxes are not longer included in my mortgage payment/escrow account but can't be sure because literally no one has gotten back to me. Amazing.
